The chart on the left shows the total number of members on Prosper since its inception. The chart on the right shows the number of new members joining based on month. You can use this chart to figure out how fast Prosper is growing. (Faster growth equates to more listings on Prosper.)

The chart on the left shows the number of active lenders and borrowers on Prosper in a given month. A lender is active if he/she has made a bid in that specific month. A borrower is considered active if he/she has posted a listing in that given month. The chart on the right is a ratio of active borrowers to active lenders on Prosper broken down by month. The higher the ratio the better for lenders. (A ratio of greater then 1 signifies there are more active borrowers then active lenders on Prosper.) |
