Listing Description

About Me: My Name is Johnny [LAST NAME DELETED] and I currently reside in Oklahoma. I grew up in Colorado but at 21 I moved to Alaska to pastor a church. While there I ran my own business as a contractor for the Xerox Corp. I flew in small airplanes in remote Alaska the size of Oregon for 8 yrs. I love to fish, hunt, and cook as well as spend time with my kids doing the usual fun stuff like road trips and finding new parks to play at. In August of 2006 I moved to Oklahoma to pastor another church and finish my bachelors’ degree in Business Management. In March of 2006 before we moved, my wife and I bought our first home in Claremore, OK. It is a beautiful new 1640 sq. ft. home and we love it! I am starting a new career (besides pastoring) in sales/consulting for ResourceMFG, I will be a recruiter and high end manufacturing industry worker placement consultant. Our future is bright and we are looking forward to settling into our new lives. My 3 GREAT kids love it as well. I have always been a hard worker, self-motivated, and honest. I love God, Family, and Country!

My Finances:ResourceMFG: 2900 (base salary, does NOT include commissions). The Church of God: 2450 Tulsa World: 1150(wife’s job)

Total – 5398
After loan:Total - 5173 Substitute highlighted amounts for one prosper payment of 725 (instead of 950)

Repayment of Funds: I can afford to keep making all the payments I have now. This loan will not change my monthly financial situation negatively. In fact, it will lower my monthly bills. If I do not get this loan, it will take longer to pay back, will not help my credit, and I will end up paying much more in interest. I have residency and job history stability. I am a safe investment. My wife and I want to add onto our home in 1-2 years and I want to finish my Bachelors’ degree in Business Management. In short, we are ready to better get set for our future. I can still do it on what I am making, but love the idea of having this in one payment, me saving money in interest, and it be paid off in 3 years.

Credit Explanation: I appreciate the chance to explain. Just over 2 years ago I went India for a mission trip for my church. While there I got deathly ill. I came home and was sick for a month and could not work. Because of this I was late on my payments for a couple of months. Before that I always paid my debts but in my youth had a quite a bit of unsecured debt and that made my FICO score lower. Again, I want to say however, that I always paid my debts! Once I did recover, my wife and I cinched down our belts and worked extra hard to get caught up on our bills. In less than a year we did, as well as actually pay off some unsecured debt. There is dispute over van payments to Wells Fargo concerning how many 30 day late payments I had, but never got it resolved. Needles to say I got rid of the van and paid off Wells Fargo and will never use them again. I have no delinquencies. I pay on time and take my debt seriously.
