Listing Description

"Turn your face to the sun, and the shadows fall behind you." ---Maori Proverb

I decided to put this quote on my page, because at this time this is how I choose to look at the things around me. My main purpose for this is to put some financial hardships behind me and to start with a new and fresh beginning for 2007. I am a 23 year old full-time student who also works 2 jobs to make sure that ends meet. I'm not a stranger to hard work because I really believe that is the only way you will be able to succeed in life. As do some people, there have been circumstances in my life that have restricted me financially and now I am in the process of trying to get back on track.

Six years ago I moved out on my own after graduating high school. Continuing school was a high priority on the things I wanted to accomplish, but paying for it was a difficult task. My family was not able to help me and my main way out was thru credit cards, payday loans, and student loans. Four years ago I became quite ill. I was in and out of the hospital due to ulcers and other severe stomach issues due to a lot of the stress I was taking on. My student loans stayed current as I continued to make my way thru school but the toll that I was taking with my credit cards became apparent. Since then I have paid and closed those credit card accounts and I have also taken out additional school loans which I keep current. My goal is to be able to pay off some medical bills as well as take care of some small bills that I have accumulated so that those can be taken care of and left “in the shadows”. I am not one to blame my problems on other things or people and I take full responsibility for the problems I have dealt with. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to ask for assistance because I know the only thing that I really need is a second chance. I would love to be able to pay off these things and go into the New Year with a clean slate.

I think the most important thing is for me to give you an understanding of what my life consists of and what I will use this money for…
Monthly Income (2 jobs)
Some amounts may change at certain times… $2085.00

Rent-$650
Car/Insurance-$420
Utilities-$300
Groceries-$200
Gas-$120
Tuition Costs-$700-$1000 per class

My main concerns at this point are assistance with my past medical bills and my tuition. Anything that can help to get some of that behind me would be such a blessing. Being able to pay those off and then pay back this loan each month with just one payment would make things in my life a little easier. I am thankful to anyone who may decide to offer assistance with this loan. Being able to possibly change some things in my life for the better is a step in the right direction, which is the direction I am in.
