Listing Description

I worked for the same employer managing a janitorial company from 1985-2001.

5 years ago, I took a job working in a different industry to support my family and started a janitorial business of my own.  Working my janitorial business nights and weekends, I have expanded my company to employ 6 people who help in cleaning 20 different buildings.

I recently left my daytime position to dedicate myself to growing my business.  In the past three months, I have acquired 6 new accounts.  I have visited with dozens of new prospects and have presented proposals for 4 more potential clients whose decisions are pending.

To this point, I have funded my growth by cleaning each new account myself until the job created positive cash flow.  I have carefully purchased good used equipment on Ebay to equip my business.  I work with a local vendor to purchase a line of cleaning product that is both cost effective and simple to use.

I expect to begin 2007 on a pace to grow by 30 - 50% over 2006. To accomplish this, I will  need some capitol.  I can not continue to grow the business using my own labor as that is now in short supply. The proceeds from this loan will fund further equipment purchases and repairs, supplies to start up new accounts and to pay some payables.

My credit score has been effected by a bankruptsy. It was discharged in May of 2000. I have a clean credit history since then except for a period of 6 months, when I was unemployed during 3rd and 4th quarter of 2001, one of my car payments went over 30 days each month.

Thank you for considering investing in the future of my business!
