Listing Description
Thank you all for viewing my listing..

I am a graduate of Cornell University, with a degree in Economics. In addition, I have a very good job in financial services, with an income in excess of $70,000 per year.  A few years back, due to a family health emergency, I used my credit irresponsibly.   I am now realizing the severity of the consequences of my actions.  I am a very responsible person, who made some poor choices as a young adult. 

As you can see from my DTI, I have zero debt, nor do I have any rent or mortgage payments.  If my loan is funded, I plan on using the proceeds for the minimal expenses of my daily routine, but my main concern is rebuilding my credit so that I can one day get a good rate on a mortgage, etc.  I have more than enough income to guarantee that I will make EVERY PAYMENT IN FULL AND ON TIME for the life of this loan.


I also wanted to point out that my FICO score is above 600.  For whatever reason, Prosper has listed my credit grade as HR, but I just wanted to be clear about this.  I have not had a single delinquency in over 3 years.  Thank you all very much for your help!
