Listing Description
Thanks for looking at my listing.  I am creating this listing for two reasons - 1) I am trying out the borrowing process on Prosper.  Eventually, I would like to use Prosper as an alternative to short term financing for real estate purchases.  2) I am paying off a credit card of which the promo rate has just expired.  I'd much rather pay Prosper lenders interest than a higher rate to the empty suits at the bank. 

Please note that I will pay this loan off within 12 months.  I have the funds to pay the loan off eight fold immediately , and my DTI is wonderfully low - so payment is absolutely no problem.  Let's make a long term win-win relationship.  Thanks, Rob
