Very responsible young married couple who is looking for a small loan to help consolidate some of our high interest credit cards. We are looking forward to starting a family so we do not want these High Interest credits hovering over our heads. We own our own home and also a condo which we are using as rental property. We both have been working for the same company for many years: me for 8 1/2 years and for my wife she has been there about 5 years. I am in the sales department and also I am in the running for a promotion. My wife is a Writer/Editor who is currently working on her Master Degree. Do not let the low credit score scare you away most of that is because of our credit cards are maxed out. We have learned from our mistake and will treat those "Evil" Cards as they should be "As Emergency Use Only" or only spend as much as you can pay off each month. :*) Here is some added information that may influence your decision. Both my wife and I are actively involved with Focus Groups. We also work at my parents Motel once a month earning some more money. I did not add the extra income since it is not a steady income. We also recently purchased one of my parents house's but will not pay for it until she retires. Also that house will be financed through them and with no interest.
