Hello, I am a single parent who works fulltime, I live in a decent neighborhood where the rent is pretty high for my income, however I also live in a city where the homicide rate is extremely high in the neighborhoods that I could possibly afford to live in. My biggest worry for my children is are they safe when they leave the house. I have struggled for years now to live where I am currently living and have been told by many to move someplace cheaper, But when I way the odds of paying cheaper rent versus putting my children in harms way I think I have made the choice that most parents would make and that is to keep my children safe. I am a true believer in you are what you know and for that reason I think my children have turned out Wonderful. I have a 17 year old son who is about to go to college and I could really use the assistance in getting him set up nicely that is part of the reason I need the loan I am so proud of him that I would like to be able to help him get his self set up with a new computer etc, etc. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
