My brother (screen name dchmanagementllc)got me to try out this site , he is with Koyne group and I am going to try and join with him. He has had good success and I want to get my start. I am repairing a house to rent on Sec 8 - Housing . I work for a subsidiary of Home Depot so I am employed full time and will be able to pay back the loan. Plus my brother has been in this business for a while. I have good credit and I will pay on time. This area was hit hard by hurricane Rita and we are providing much needed housing.
