RELIST - LOWERED AMOUNT WANTING TO BORROW
 
I've been in the insurance industry for almost 30 years.  I've been an Exclusive Agent for Nationwide since June of 1999.  Prior to Nationwide I was a teacher for six years.  I'm requesting a loan to upgrade my telephone system, computers, marketing, and pay off some old debts.  I've had some credit issues in the past.  Two charged-off credit cards, Providian and Capital One, and one collection from an old cell phone, $214.  Two tax liens $18,000 due to bad advice from an accountant.  I have paid both liens last year.  I've contacted Capital One to make arrangements to pay on a monthly basis.  I spoke to Providian but was told the account was sold and I'm trying to track down the collector.  My monthly income from Nationwide is approx $22,000 per month with an additional $3,000 from brokered accounts.  My household expense are approx $6900 per month and business $7000 per month.  I have one automobile that will be paid off the next few days that will free an additional $559 per month.I have been in my current home for 18 months and my previous home 11 years.  I'm married with a 18 year old son who is attending community college and a daughter 17 that is a senior in high school.
