I was a graduate student major in physics and my wife was a college graduate major in international business.  Thirteen years ago I went into retail business part time accidentally.  It was sucessful and soon my wife quitted the job and helping the business.  A few years ago it became a multi million dollars sales retail and wholesale business, we started to invest more in computer system and warehouse equipments preparing to franchise our business.  But at the same time a few of our former employees opened some wholesale warehouses around us and brought in counterfeit name brand merchandises to compete with us,  and another retail competitor invested million of dollars on a wholesale warehouse selling everything at cost try to wipe out all the wholesalers in town.  Eventually, all these businesses were either caught by the FBI or over burdened by the overheads, most of them were gone since the last year. But we were hurted at the same time,  now we need some more working capital to recoer fast.  Thank you for reading our brief described
