Listing Description

I am tired of paying high APR credit cards and getting nowhere. I am striving to improve my credit rating. I have two at 31% APR. I’m turning to Prosper for assistance!

I’ve worked my current position for 4 years and have gotten two raises, two bonuses and a promotion. I have delinquencies due to surgery 3/2002 and I was laid off the day I went back to work 5/2002. Starting as a temp, I found a new position, the one I currently have, within the month.

My delinquencies are:
  • · Bay Area Image Consulting: As of 8/2001 Bal. Due $196.
  • · Avant Inpatient Svc Med Group: original amount due of $1,460.
  • · As of 5/2002 Bal. Due is $673.
  • · Bay Area Image Consulting: As of 10/2002 Bal. Due $120.
  • · I have a fourth delinquency of $27.

My monthly net income is $2,440.00.
My monthly expenses include:
  • · Rent: $675.
  • · Car note/insurance/gas: $638.
  • · Food: $300.
  • · Medicine: $60.
  • · Utilities: $250 (electric, phone, cable, water).
  • · Credit cards: $425(at least) I always try to pay more than the minimum. And as of 9.29.06 I have three zero balance credit cards.

I’ve never missed a payment on my credit cards. Once I have a loan from Prosper, that will free up about $200 per month and that will help with other bills, especially my other credit cards.

With $6000 from Prosper I’ll pay:
    · One Visa that is at bal due of $3120 - APR 31%
    · One Master Card bal due of $2400 - APR 31%
    · The remainder will be used to pay off my largest medical bill, $673.

I’ll be paying back my Prosper loan at $250 - $300 per month. Which would be great.

My job is great, and I love it! I’d like to supplement my income by selling my own original artwork. (Hopefully!) Shown here are sample pieces from my portfolio.

Thanks so much for reading my listing.
