Listing Description

Hi prosper members.  I would like this loan to consolidate all of my loans and credit cards into one payment.  I would be able to pay off all of these loans and credit cards which would save me about $600 dollars a month. I work in qc/qa in an manufacturing laboratory and my net income is $3600 a month.  My wife is now working full time after  heart surgery  and everything got behind. This was a tremendous emotional and financial  four month period.  This will be another $2000 a month. I will be able to pay off this loan early and put some in savings as well as improve my credit score.   I will then be able to put a portion of my paycheck into savings every month.  With an improved credit score I will be able to refinance my home and car so that I can get a lower interest rate and take some equity out to pay off my remaining bills. My goal is to have only a mortgage payment and car payment besides utilities.

These are my monthly expenses:
1.Mortgage: $1000
2.Insurance: $120
3.Water and Garbage: $80
4.Electricity: $150
5.Phone: $60
6.Car Payment: $423
7.Groceries: $200
8.Gas: $200
9.Loans and Credit Cards: $800
10.Home security:$30

Total monthly expenses are: $3063.   I currently have five delinquencies on my credit report.  The first one is for a loan with Beneficial that  I paid after the 30 day period, but is currently caught up.   The second is for a Bank of America card that I was late making a payment on. The third is for a credit card that  I am disputing with the company about being late.  The fourth is medical bill that I have since paid off since its been reported.   The fifth is a late credit card payment with Orchard Bank.  This loan would really help me a lot.  I have learned a valuable lesson about money management and this loan would help me relieve some of the stress that I have been going through. I have changed the amount that I want to borrow from the previous listing because I wanted to create a security blanket by putting some in the bank.
Thanks
