This is my big chance to move forward with my business as a mortgage loan officer.  I have an office space to work in and need funds to market/ advertise the business as well cover the rent.  For the past year, I've been traveling home(EL Paso) to help my dad take care of my mom who has alsheimer.  We just put her in a nursing home 4 months ago.  I got off track with my monthly expenses and processing loans to keep up my monthly household expenses.  The funds will help me get back on track financially and grow the business.  My monthly expenses for the office is $475.00 and the marketing/advertising expense is $700.00.  The funds will cover three months of rent, marketing/advertising cost,   and misc cost.  The mall space I'm in is attracting 2500 people per day(Friday thru Monday).  I see this as a chance to enhance my loans processed on a monthly basis.  I am a reservation sales agent.  My annual salary is $44,000 a year.  I see no problem in paying this loan back plus eventually I like to invest in Prosper and help others.  I thank you for the opportunity to get help completing my business goals.
