I intend to use this loan to fund other Prosper members. I have excellent credit and I own a house. 

I want to use my great credit as a way of helping others. I will be utilizing these funds to lend to other members on Prosper.

I anticipate utilizing a comprehensive investment program, investing at multiple credit grades in small amounts.  I will also be basing my investments on a "risk-reward" strategy, ensuring that I will be receiving a profit, even after taking into consideration default rates. With that said, my credit is extremely important to me and I am not willing to let my credit slide. If I have to eat losses in order to keep my good credit, I will.

I intend to diversify these monies to other higher risk, lower credit rated members on Prosper.  Even if they default, I have the personal funds to pay back the loan out of my own pocket.

I am a married homeowner, and I have two children. I am a currently a bond trader at an investment management company in Boston.

Due to my background in finance (I have a BS in Business Administration, an MBA, and a currently pursuing a Masters in Finance) and my current position, I have a very good handle on my finances.

I have no Student Loans, no Auto Loans, and no Credit Card Debt  (we use our credit cards to pay for everything to take advantage of Rewards Programs but pay it off entirely each month).  I have a Very LOW DTI.  I am VERY Low Risk.
