Listing Description

Hello Lenders, Well this is my 4th listing, I was 40% financed on the last listing, and for that I am truly grateful. I have learned a great many things since my first listing, and the info you lenders need to make a decision. So I will try my best this time to fully inform you all of the necessity for this loan and the urgency for which I am being so persistent. I have a credit history that is truly in shambles for 1 reason, and that is for a divorce that was highly contested, I don’t know how or why things got so bad, but some of my accounts were left with some high balances and had to be closed. I make payments to these accounts but like you all know even when payments are made, these companies report as these accounts as delinquent every month, making my credit score awful. I have come to agreement with these companies to make a one time payment of $7500 for $14000+ in debt. That was the loan amount I originally requested on here, since then I have made some real strides to clearing this up on my own, here is what I have done in 3 weeks to get me to the point where I am asking for only $2000 here on Prosper.
$2500 0% interest loan from parents
$1500 from sale of car
$800 from sale of car (listed the car for this much over what I wanted and ended up getting it)
$700 bonus and overtime from my job So as you see I have come up with quite a bit on my own. This is the situation I am in and my reason for urgency. I have found a home, and a mortgage company willing to finance me for this home as long as I pay the debt I owe. I will be walking into nearly $24k in equity on this home, but I need to get things done quickly as I started my application 2 weeks ago, and I don’t know how much longer I can wait. I have a 2 year old and a 10 year old, and a beautiful fiance, I don’t want to burden them with my existing credit, and I want to provide a stable and beautiful home to enjoy, so I would appreciate your help. I know if you have read this far you will see that I am not just sitting on my hands and knees asking for a handout, I am being proactive, so I would like to thank you guys in advance for your time in reading this and your bids, I will not let any of you down. Thanks for helping this family man get back on track.
