Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to take advantage of opportunities in the real estate market.  The silver lining in a declining real estate market is that there is a lot less competition for purchasing bargain properties.  There are many incredible deals out there right now that very few people are even looking at.  This loan will be used to acquire one or more properties that will cash flow immediately after they are rented.
My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a steady, high income from my medical practice.  I have other successful investment properties.  I am constantly seeking further education in real estate investing. I am currently an active lender on Prosper.
