Listing Description
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to hire an assistant and pay off two credit cards used for start up costs for my new grant proposal writing business, Inspired Dreams Funding, LLC  launched in March of 2008.  I have been involved in several nonprofit organizations inlcuding a youth recreation park in my community.  Needing funding for the park, I immersed myself in grant proposal writing.  I was very successful with my grants and discovered from networking that there is a huge demand for successful grant proposal writers.  Most small nonprofits cannot afford a staff grant writer.  With the current economy, many of these organizations are struggling.  Due to my extensive involvement in local nonprofit organziations and my unwavering faith in God, the business is prospering.  I have established relationships which include one year, signed contracts with seven organizations who have been in operation for between three and sixty years.  All of this has been accomplished without the need for any advertising.  Without the addition of an assistant, I will have to start turning down business. 

This business is succeeding because there is a huge demand for the type of expertise that I offer and the skills and experience that I possess. 

My financial situation:

I am a good candidate for this loan because I have been operating a successful art and music studio for over 25 years.  The studio currently supports me and I have the funds to repay this loan.  Inspired Dreams Funding projects a profit by the end of my first year in operation. 

I am honest, reliable, have a strong Christian background and an excellent reputation in my communiy.  I have always paid my bills on time and have never defaulted on a loan or credit in my life.  The only challenge with my credit is that I had too many credit inquiries before I discovered how pricy financing is for start up businesses.
