Listing Description

I am a full time staff auditor, a wife, a college student, and a mother of two.  I am requesting this loan in order to go back to school to complete my degree.  In the past I've made careless mistakes that have in turn had a negative impact on my credit.  There are 12 items currently listed as delinquent.  Each of these items are old items, most if not all at least 5 years old.  These items are charged off.  Any items listed on my current report (mortgage payment being one) that are recent are all in good standing.  I have had a mortgage payment since Oct 2005 that I've never been late on.  The items listed are all credit cards that I received during my freshmen year of college (1991) and immediately after leaving college in 1993.  Two of the items are with me listed as a co-signer for a friend who defaulted on the obligation and my financial situation at the time was not at a point where I could maintain my bills and take on what was understood to be her debt.  I have since retained the services of a credit repair group (Raiseyourscore.com) that's currently working on disputing the items that are reported erroneously.  The goal of this is to remove those items and for me to pay the items that are valid.

Today I work as an auditor and I make (including annual bonus) $80k a year.  I have just started this job in January of this year.  I say that to express the ability to repay the loan.  I ask that anyone reviewing this listing please see that I've accepted responsibility for the lack of responsibility taken with my credit in the past and have taken all requisite steps to correcting those mistakes.  I need and pray that you are willing to give me the chance to start over and prove myself to be credit worthy.

Thankfully,

Workinghard2006
