Listing Description

    Alright I re-listed with the advice of other prosper members. This is the second time as this time and I I have joined a group..  (thank you)

 Here is detail of my loan request. I am a married father of 3 (youngest pictured) Alex... Home owner and employed with the same company for the last 10 years. I have an opportunity to purchase a quota liquor license here in my county (Lee) Florida for only 120K . (typical market on a 4 COP quota is 280-320K.)  

Let me explain. This investment is even more solid than real estate, because as it is a 4 COP quota liquor license  these are much sought after, there are only 2 ways to come upon one of these in Florida and one is to win the annual liquor lottery, 1 in 1.2million chance and then if by slight chance you had such a strike of great luck , there is  no guarantee it will be your county of residence  (as they go per quota growth) or buy one from an existing person (if and only if one is on the market..for around 300K) So you can see this is a no passer upper!!!


Now I am investing 100K of my own money and 5K from a freind that just recently commited.    I have full capability to make these loan payments while listing the license back on the market.. (very low debt to income ratio as the one shown includes this loan) I am very responsible when it comes to money and credit ..Have a C rating should be an AA because my credit is virtually flawless. and the 3 charge cards I have are always paid in full each month.  However are in need of a loan fairly quickly to meet my contractual obligations..  

Now to the rest . the criticism from the last ad .. " Into the fast track " quote i used I have been playing the cash flow 101 game for the last year and ready to apply it to my life .. If you have’nt played it or at least read the book " Rich Dad Poor Dad" please do.. It is very enhancing to ones life .. I am not a beginner but very optimistic and this particular investment is a NO BRAINER ... Thank you for your time ..Sammy
