Listing Description

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to…

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because… I'm in a bit of a financial quandry. I'm am in the process of getting a divorce. We own a home that my wife has taken over the payments on, and I'm paying her $3,000/mo in child and spousal support. Last year, to make ends meet, I took out a few early distributions from various 401k, and SEP plans. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not taking enough taxes out on the distributions. Long story short.... I own the IRS $10,000. I've recieve 2 notices from them so far, Have a 30 day extension, but I CANT GET a loan from any bank because of debt to income ratio is to high. On paper, I'm still paying for the house mortgage and second mortgage, even though my wife is paying it. Because of the tough economic times and her just starting to work again.(Day care business in the house) she won't qualify right now for her on loan on the house. The divorce should have been settled by now whereas I'll be recieving $19,000 from our split assets. It has been 1.5 years of rediculousness in try to finish the divorce. We finally finished all paper work and settled all issues back in April. I WILL BE able to pay off the entire $20,000 loan as soon as a judge decides to sign the papers. I was told 6 to 8 weeks :) It's been 12+ I'd appreciate some help here. It should come soon, but the IRS isn't waiting for their money any longer.
