Listing Description
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to… consolidate my credit cards and help get my scores raised as well as help me with moving expenses as the office I have been using has been sold. I will be working from my home saving money each month but will need to transfer phone system etc . We have recently sold our home and would like to consolidate a few small accounts in order to raise my scores so obtaining financing for our current lease option will be easier in this unstable market.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because…I have been self employed I have an online retail store in the for the last four years. My husband buys and sells homes and has income properties. He uses his credit etc to complete rehabs then sells and pays them off, sometimes we have alot of money sometimes its a little tight but we ALWAYS pay our bills on time and my business grows monthly. I will consolidate the few cards I have and be able to pay them down to a 45% ratio in turn should raise my scores enough to help me get a better rate on my home mortgage through my Bank. If this is a good expierience I will be reinvesting in prosper as well I have been a lender and trying to learn the ropes for the last month or so . I wanted everyone to know that I have had trade lines for the last 9 years. However I had a Jeep loan that reported fine to my husbands credit and a 30 late on mine which was incorrect I disputed the late and they removed the entire account. It was a small private bank, maybe that had something to do with it, also it was paid in full at the time of dispute. Thanks
