Listing Description
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to… pay off an existing loan from a dry cleaner that was supposed to open 3 years ago.  My landlord ran out of money and was unable to complete the agreed upon buildout.  We have taken him to court and are now about to open at a different location.  I have been paying a business loan for almost 3 years (in November) and have never been late.  I don't have the capital to put what it takes into the business.  I have an opportunity to get out and get rid of a high overhead business.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because… I have great credit and I hold myself accountable for everything that I do.  As I mentioned before, I had a business loan for almost 3 years and always paid eventhough there wasn't a business.  I took a bad situation and dealt with it.  I don't hold a grudge against the landlord that put me in that situation.  I just want to move forward, get rid of the stress that I've been dealing with and concentrate on building a future for my family.  I am working full-time as a regional manager at a local staffing firm and my boss loves what I bring to the table.  Outside of my base salary I am expecting to earn fairly significant commissions as I continue to grow my company.  I also have aspirations to start an online business to make extra money to pay this loan off early.  My wife is also a manager of a Wellness Department at a local hospital.  The dedication I have to providing my family with a great lifestyle will allow me to give back to people in the future as I am looking for today!
