Listing Description

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to… pay off CC debt that was very nearly doubled when my roof began leaking ahead of schedule..

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because…I have been working hard for the last 5+ years to eliminate CC, medical bills, and other public debt.  I pay my bills ontime and whenever possible ahead of time.  I routinely use my entire income tax returns to pay off  large chunks of debt, as well as my semi-annual bonuses at work.  I am a single parent of one nine year old boy, which limits the amount of time I can spend doing overtime at work but we are very careful with our money. In 2005 I finally got my credit score high enough to purchase our first home.  Even though I was told I could borrow much more, I only borrowed enough to ensure in the toughest times I could singlehandedly afford the payment. In an effort to reduce outgoing $$s, we recently shut off our satellite tv and began taking the city bus as much as possible (even though I paid my '99 Sable off with income tax returns about a year ago.) The only reason I used credit cards to pay for a new roof on the house was because I was unable to obtain a HELOC thru the mortgage holder(BOA d/t not having enough equity) and I couldn't wait to find other funding as my ceilings were dripping! I would feel much more secure just having one payment rather than the various CC I currently have open.
