Listing Description
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay off the remaining balance of old, high interest debt and continue building my fico score.  I've dug out of a big hole since 2002, and now my wife and I are looking to buy a house in the next 3 years.  This loan would help continue to improve my fico score with consistent payments, and eliminate the last of my old debts from my credit report. 

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because since losing my job after 9/11 and being out of work for most of 2002, I've had a steady job for the past 5+ years and have worked hard to pay down all my debt.  Now that I'm married and looking to start a family, I'm looking to continue to improve my credit history and build a solid financial future for my family.  This loan amount is low enough that the monthly payments would be very easy for me to pay.
