Listing Description
Purpose of loan:
My purpose of the loan is to pay off credit card debt. 

My financial situation:
I believe I am a great candidate because of my very good credit rating, income level, and payment history.  This is my application and bid for a second loan with Prosper. My first loan with Prosper was for $15,000.  I have successfully paid this loan down to $10,962 over the past 12 consecutive months via automatic draft (no missed or late payments).  I have demonstrated that the Prosper model works, and is successful for both the lender and the borrower.  This loan will allow me to pay off the rest of my debt.  The Prosper opportunity will allow me to pay off my debt in 2 and 3 years respectfully as opposed to many, many years via the credit card company.   I am financially capable of paying both loans through Prosper each month.



My base salary is $110,000 before bonuses and commissions.
