Listing Description
Hi,

Four years ago I had some problems with my credit but since then I have worked very hard to not have any other lates.  My credit score is not indicative of how I have paid my accounts since then.  I have had 4 years of spotless pay history. Unfortunately,  my score just won't get up there because of a couple of old collection accounts that keep being sold to new companies and re-reporting.   

I am very excited about Prosper and the idea of being able to get a loan to consolidate my monthly payments. My DTI is actually lower than listed here as some of my accounts are joint with my roommate and we split the monthly payment.  I will be lowering my DTI with this loan as I will be paying off my credit card debt with the loan.  I will save well over $100 a month and will still have some funds left over to do some small home repairs. 

I am currently working as an Account Executive for a large Mortgage company.  I have been in this industry for over 10 years and on my current job for 2 years.   I will also be looking to put some money back in Prosper as soon as possible.   Thank you for your consideration and please let me know if you have any questions.
