Listing Description

Hello, my name is Godfrey

Thanks for taking time out to read my request for a loan and thanks to all lenders. I知 a student that attends both Houston Community College and the University of Houston in Texas as a Biology major. I知 also a full-time employee at Baylor College of Medicine as a Research Technician right here in the Worlds best Medical Center. My goal is to purchase a much needed computer for class assignments/projects and pay off some accumulated debt. I would very much like to make improvements in my life at this time. My request for $1500 will be broken down as $600 to help pay off my loan/Dell account and $900 towards a new pc.

Credit History

I previously opened a Dell credit account to purchase a Digital camera along with a few other electronic items.  I知 also currently making payments towards a $1,000.00 loan that I took out for tuition back in 2004. 5 months ago, I discovered that I became a victim of Identity fraud and received derogatory credit scores under all 3 bureaus as a result. Someone decided to activate a Sprint PCS phone in my name amongst other accounts without my knowledge. Charges for this account totaled $500.00.  I知 currently in the process of disputing this from my record. However, you値l be happy to know that I知 more than willing to pay the interest rate that I've listed.

Repayment Arrangement

First of all, I知 highly reputable with a very stable job. As you can see from my Debt-to-Income ratio (6%), I can definitely afford the payments but I just wasn't able to attain a traditional loan from the bank as a result of my recent credit history (largely due to fraud). I currently make a net income of $1800.00 a month. My rent each month is $400, & utilities (electric, water) average $40.00 per month. All bills including my phone and cable are paid on time and remain current. After all my expenses, I usually have an average of $900-$1000 leftover. My payments will never late and will confidently be paid in full every within 3 years or less.  If there are any questions please feel free to contact me at anytime.  This is a perfect way to help support someone trying to accomplish his future goals, all of which will be graciously appreciated.

Thanks for viewing & Have an Excellent Day!
