Finance the opening of a home furnishings store located on Russian Hill in San Francisco. The store will be located in an historic Julia Morgan building, sharing space with a reknown interior design firm (for which I work as general manager). This is an upscale neighborhood with great pedestrian and street traffic. I am going into business with my current boss (Kathleen Navarra/Principal of Navarra Design, Inc.) as a general partner. I need this money for opening inventory and to buy into the partnership.
